Dear Mr. Seiji Arai:
We would like to thank you, your wife, and your wonderful staff again for an
unforgettably memorable and exquisite experience at the ryokan.
It exceeded our expectations and we wish we could have stayed longer. The
room, service, onsens, and food were excellent. Everything was beyond what
we imagined.
We deeply appreciate your hospitality and the patience of your staff with
our limited Japanese and we apologize for any difficulties or inconveniences
it may have caused.
You have made our vacation to Japan particularly unique and we wish you all
the very best.

We enjoyed very much. We were very pleased to find a hostess who speak good English because it was easier for us. She was so kind and helpful.

We enjoyed a wonderful stay. The hotel staff are very friendly and the food was delicious. The hotel has a very Japanese character in a beautiful location. All facilities are very good also.

We really enjoyed the hot baths. Very good service. Great food. More information about the area would be appreciated. Perhaps some English sign showing the direction to the hotel.

Beautiful house, inside and out, overlooking the town. Welcoming, attentive staff, who speak English far better than I can speak Japanese. I would definitely stay here again. Only downside is the limited running hours(9am-4pm) of the nearest bus route.

This is a very nice and traditional Japanese Inn. The small streams, koi-pond, rotenburo and spacious room made for a very pleasant stay. The entrance has a very authentic Japanese experience. The staff worked diligently and cheerfully to make our stay a wonderful experience.

This was our first time to travel to Japan and our visit to Gyokushoen Arai was our first visit in a Ryokan. The room was traditional Japanese style architecture with a lovely view of Suruga Bay. The open air bathes were wonderful and the Kaiseki food and service was simply the very best. We were treated like royalty and higly recommend a visit here in Toi. Arigato.
