Nice atmosphere, the Japanese-style was most appreciated.

Nice atmosphere, the Japanese-style was most appreciated. We also enjoyed the tea. We felt safe. It was a bit hard to find because of the lack of information. The staff were very nice and helpful.

The ryokan is also convenienetly located near Yudanaka Station.

I booked this ryokan Seifu-so because I heard about it from my friend. We walked to the Wile Monkey Park, of course. Thank you very much for the warm and kind welcome. We've enjoyed this ryokan very much and appreciated both of the inside and outside baths. The room was clean and quiet which gave us a comfortable rest. The ryokan is also convenienetly located near the Yudanaka station while very calm.

Beautiful house, inside and out.

gyokoshoen0724.jpgBeautiful house, inside and out, overlooking the town. Welcoming, attentive staff, who speak English far better than I can speak Japanese. I would definitely stay here again. Only downside is the limited running hours(9am-4pm) of the nearest bus route.

Staying at Hida Gassho-en is our best part of the trip.

gasshoen0724.jpgWe arrived in the evening and the first impression when seeing the hotel was impressive. But, when entering the main dining room even made us more impressed especially
when we were served the meal by the fire. The food was terrific. The staff were very nice and attentive. We felt very safe at the hotel. This is our second stay here and we've already recommended the hotel to other Thai friends. Staying at Hida Gassho-en is our best part of the trip. Thanks!
