The hostel itself wasn't very exciting but it was right in the heart of the shopping and nightlife areas. And the staff was friendly and helpful. the room was simple but clean.

The atmosphere was best, considering that we're in Osaka centre. We would recommend the hotel. The hotel was absolutely safe to stay. Osaka is a great place for shopping and party as well as encountering with nice people.

This 240year-old Gassho-style inn could not possibly be more charming. Located on a hill overlooking the town and the snow-covered mountains in the distance, it is serene and beautiful. Meals were traditional, simple, delicious. The staff were immensely pleasant and helpful. The only downside was car ride back and forth to town. But it is offset by the suttle service during our stay.

とても楽しかったです。We had a fantastic at Shibu Onsen and at Shibu Hotel. The staff were so helpful and friendly and made our stay very special. Breakfast was the best we have had anywhere! The onsen at the hotel were also wonderful! We wish we could stay for longer will be recommending Shibu Hotel to all our friends!
